Ri-Radilan is an expansive kingdom occupying the land of Karraitan. Under the jurisdiction of its War-Queen, Ashriji ta-Munir, the once-divided kingdoms that dot its surface have since been united under a singular banner, dedicated to equality and fairness. Though open to outsiders and tolerant of many people’s differences, make no mistake: Ri-Radilan is founded upon the back of a warlord, and its military might is truly a force to be reckoned with. Its capital is located in Sohai, a city cradled deep within the desert and coated in luxuries from around the globe.
